Today there was a 5K/13.1 Race on the IM NYC Course. I cycling on this course since there are no cars and hills. When cycling there is no really spot to relax but this was quite different on the run. The run starts with about a 10% incline. This is the same descent into T2 off the bike. The road is in bad shape and hopefully will be repaved. Stay to the right as much as possible. I started in the front but let people go and thats what they did. By the time the climb was over I was in about 10th place. People went out way to hard.
